How do you pronounce Yoobi and where does the name come from?
Yoobi is pronounced 'YOO-BE'. Our Co-Founder, Ido Leffler, was thinking of a way to get people excited about what we were about to embark on, and kept going back to the notion of inspiring people to be whoever they want to be…You be the difference. You be great. You be awesome! You be YOU. YOOBI! What better name for a cute, nation-changing toucan?
Why the toucan?
Isn’t he cute and friendly? We introduced a number of characters to our market research board—i.e., a bunch of awesome kids we know. They loved the toucan the most, and how could they not? Thus, Yoobi was born.

Where can I buy Yoobi products?
Yoobi products are currently available at Target stores nationwide, Yoobi retail stores, Yoobi.com and Yoobiforbusiness.com.

How do I get set up with a Yoobi for Business account?
Getting started is simple! Fill out and submit an inquiry form and a Yoobi for Business Account Manager will contact you within 2 business days to learn more about your needs and get you signed up!

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING QUESTIONS

What forms of payment do you accept?
STANDARD ORDERS: For all orders placed online at www.yoobiforbusiness.com, we proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal only.

CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS: All Custom and Bulk orders are 100% Pre-Paid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, ACH and wire payments. We do not accept cash.

Can I make changes to an order I just placed?
Orders that have been placed but not yet shipped or are already en route unfortunately cannot be modified at this time. This includes making changes to your shipping address or adding / removing items from your order.

How can I track the status of my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 - 48 business hours. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you containing FedEx tracking information.

How many colors do you currently offer?
We love color. (Could you tell?) Currently we offer eight colors — pink, purple, blue, green, aqua, coral, black and white.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?
We promise to make awesome products and quality control is our top priority when we work with our factories. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at customerservice@yoobi.com. We'd be more than happy to ship you a replacement. 

What is your return policy?

CUSTOMIZATION QUESTIONS

Wanna customize your order but don’t know where to start?
Drop us a note at business@yoobi.com and we can guide you through the process from start to finish. We’ll help you pick the right products, get a first proof of your logo placed on the product, and see your order through to completion!

What items are eligible for customization?
You can check out our assortment of Customizable Yoobi items HERE. If the item you would like to customize isn't featured, email us your product inquiry at business@yoobi.com and we'll work with our partners to see if we can make it happen!

Are there any additional fees incurred with customization?
Yes, there is a one-time set up fee of $95 per logo (up to 2 colors). Additional colors will incur additional set up fees.

Can I get a proof of my product?
Absolutely! The first two digital proofs are free. Each additional proof is $25.

What type of logo do I need to send you?
We need your logo in Vector Format, so the files you submit will need to end in .eps or .ai format. Vector files allow us to achieve the best quality possible when placing it on your Yoobi products.

What colors can I print my logo in?
We can use your brand’s pantone color or we can help you select a great color for your products if you do not have a preference. We always strive to match as close to your desired color as possible, however, a 100% pantone match is not guaranteed. Our basic pricing includes two colors for your logo, however we can print with more colors for an additional cost. 

 

What is the minimum unit quantity required for a custom order?
For a custom product, the minimum order starts at 200 units of each item. Need less? We’ve got a solution for that too – just ask! For orders over 999 units we can offer even better prices. If you have an account, contact your Yoobi Account Manager, or drop us a line at business@yoobi.com. 

 

How much does it cost to ship my custom order?
Shipping depends on a variety of variables including your total order quantity, order weight, and order destination (to name a few). We work with some amazing logistics partners and always work to ship the most cost effective way possible.

Split shipments (shipments that you would like sent to multiple addresses) incur a cost depending on how many locations we are shipping to, with a maximum of 3 locations possible.

During the ordering process you will work with a dedicated Yoobi Account Manager to finalize all shipment costs. 

 

Do you offer international shipping?
Yoobi offers international shipping only for customized orders. International shipments must be handled through a carrier OR labels must be provided to Yoobi. Please inquire with your Account Manager for further instructions. 

 

How long will it take to get my order?
Our estimated lead time is 4-6 weeks after your proof is approved. If you need it faster, just let us know! We offer rush service for an additional charge. For orders over 999 units, a longer lead time will be required. Your Account Manager will provide you with further information throughout the process.

Upon placing my order and approving my proof, how do I pay?
Upon placing your order, we do require pre-payment. Yoobi accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as check and ACH Payment. Because custom orders are uniquely made, all custom orders are final sale.

How do I place a reorder?
Loved it so much you need more? We thought so! Reorders can be placed through your Yoobi Business Account Manager. BONUS ... If your art remains 100% the same and our products are in full stock, lead time is only 4 weeks!

BULK QUESTIONS

What is a bulk order?
A bulk order is an order of 50 or more pieces of any one Yoobi item in any one Yoobi color!*

Bulk orders are eligible for special discounts and pricing which vary based of products and item quantities. Your Yoobi Account Manager will help you gather all the pieces you need to place this order.

*All bulk orders must be in full case pack quantities. Your Yoobi Account Manager can tell you what the full case pack quantities are for your individual needs.

 

Do you offer Wholesale Prices for reselling?
Are you a promotional marketing company, ASI, PPAI or Promotional Products Supplier? If so, we have special pricing just for you, so please reach out to business@yoobi.com and one of our Yoobi Business Account Managers will be in touch within 2 business days.

 

Can I customize products purchased in bulk?

BACKPACK DRIVE & BUNDLE QUESTIONS

What grades are the backpack drive bundles designed for?
The Backpack Drive Bundle provides essential school supplies, designed for grades K - 8.

 

How do I place an order?

When should I place an order?
Start your drive today and place your order with Yoobi while supplies last! We recommend preordering by June.

 

When will my order arrive?
For the year 2017, prepaid Backpack Drive Bundles will be shipped starting August 1st. Yoobi will notify you when the items are on their way! Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you containing your tracking information.

 

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on location and quantity. We are happy to provide you an estimate before your order is placed!

 

Do you offer international shipping?
International shipments must be handled through a carrier or labels must be provided to Yoobi. Please inquire with your Yoobi Rep for further instructions.

 

What are your payment terms?
All Backpack Drive Bundles are 100% pre-paid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Check, ACH, and Wire payments. We do not accept cash.

 

What are the minimum order quantities for the backpack drive bundles?
Our Backpack Drive Bundles are sold in increments of 50 bundles. Therefore, the minimum order quantities for Backpack Drive Bundles is 50 units.

 

Are the backpack drive bundles pre-bundled?
Yoobi’s Backpack Drive Bundles are not pre-bundled when they ship. Items will need to be bundled together when they arrive. But that’s half of the fun! Have your organization put together a backpack stuffing party to share that first-hand experience of giving with your team! They’ll love it!

 

How does Yoobi double your impact?
For every Yoobi item purchased, Yoobi will donate a Yoobi item* to the Kids In Need Foundation for distribution to a classroom in need in the U.S. All items donated by Yoobi serve elementary schools where at least 70% of the students qualify for free or reduced lunch under the National School Lunch Program. It’s the best indicator of need, ensuring our supplies reach those kids with the least access and greatest need for them.

 

Will Yoobi donate the backpack drive bundles I purchase?
No, Yoobi will not be responsible for donating purchased items. Purchased Backpack Drive Bundles will be sent to the shipping address indicated by purchaser.
