Return Policy

We promise to make AWESOME products! If any Yoobi product doesn't make you happy, we'll do our best to make it right. All purchases made through the Yoobi for Business site at www.Yoobiforbusiness.com are subject to Yoobi’s return policy in effect at the time of purchase.  We may modify our return policy from time to time so you should check these each time prior to making a purchase on the Yoobi for Business site.

RETURN POLICY FOR STANDARD ORDERS

In most cases, subject to our other return guidelines listed below, products may be returned for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase. Please allow thirty (30) days for processing of returns.   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  
Yoobi cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  
Note : after the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If your return is accepted after inspection, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to Yoobi’s error may be subject to partial refunds or restocking fees. We will not return any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds will either issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

RETURN POLICY FOR BULK ORDERS

Bulk orders are non-refundable and products may only be returned to Yoobi with Yoobi’s prior written authorization. For more information about bulk orders click HERE
Upon receipt of a bulk order, you should inspect each shipment and promptly provide Yoobi with written notice of any shortages or other inconsistencies with the applicable Order Confirmation or of any products that were damaged during shipment.  If packaging shows visible signs of damage upon delivery, you must note this on the applicable Order Confirmation and the freight carrier’s copy of the freight bill prior to signing for receipt, and then immediately contact Yoobi at business@yoobi.com.  Claims for concealed damage must be reported to Yoobi within three (3) days of receiving your order. 

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

Because of the nature of custom orders, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
